Overview: What you do MATTERS. As an Inside Sales Rep, you are the face and voice to 1000s of leads/clients calling in, and they genuinely trust what you tell them. You wouldn’t want your grandma being taken advantage of by a greasy sales bro over the phone, would you? Neither do we! We’re looking for fun, optimistic, honest, and competitive inside sales reps to help us on our mission described above. You’ll win over inbound leads, follow up on unsold estimates, mine opportunities inside our existing client base, and really just help clients solve this main issue: “How do I get a yard I’m proud of without this becoming a giant pain in the ass?!” And here’s the best part: This isn’t a cold calling job. Everyone who calls us, already wants what we sell. They’re already prepared to buy. It’s your job to help them along the way, and uncover everything they need to truly enjoy their yard and their home. What we sell is FUN. The work is extremely visual and people love the results. Main Responsibilities of an Inside Sales Rep: • Respond quickly to inbound leads across phone, text, email, and web inquiries • Close residential lawn care services directly over the phone • Follow up consistently on unsold estimates and open opportunities • Cross-sell and upsell services to existing clients • Maintain clean CRM notes and organized follow-up pipelines • Participate in coaching, call reviews, role-play, and ongoing sales development • Help contribute to team goals, contests, and sales initiatives Who You Are: • Competitive as Hell: You love goals, scoreboards, contests, and watching your numbers grow through consistent performance and follow-through.
