Foreman / General Labor Lead

Pay: $26–$30/hr Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (overtime available) Location: Cabot, PA Experience This Job is Great For: Landscaping, construction, roofing, power washing, warehouse operations, outdoor labor, manufacturing What’s In It For You • Paid training and certifications to grow your career • Bonuses for hard work • Paid holidays & PTO • Healthcare benefits – up to $330/month health reimbursement • Fun team events: quarterly hangouts, Christmas parties, birthdays with donuts • Simple IRA with 3% employer match • Work in a positive, low-stress environment with a family-like team What You’ll Do • Lead a 3–6 person crew on-site, working alongside them 70–80% of the day • Review work orders, stage materials, and create daily site plans • Assign and rotate tasks; coach crew for efficiency and quality • Perform hands-on technical tasks alongside your crew • Communicate professionally with residential & commercial clients • Track labor hours, material usage, and submit accurate daily reports • Inspect completed work for quality and ensure the site is cleaner than when you arrived What You’ll Need • Minimum 2 years of experience as a foreman or crew lead in an outdoor labor industry (construction, roofing, pressure washing, or landscaping preferred) – experience must be clearly reflected on your resume • Valid driver’s license with clean MVR; comfortable driving trucks & trailers • Ability to lift 50 lbs+, work at heights, and handle year-round outdoor conditions • Knowledge of job-site safety practices and equipment • Basic tech literacy (smartphones/tablets, cloud-based time & project apps) • Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills • Adaptable problem-solver with excellent customer-service instincts Ready to Lead From the Front?
